In addition to the Irish Venture Capital Conference 2023 -and- the Irish Startup Conference 2023 mentioned above – INOPTEC is running a “meet and greet” event on the next day, Friday 27.10.2023, at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) Members’ Club.
Our main aim is to get in touch with all sorts of established (successfully active for the past 3–5 years) freelancers or solopreneurs (or angels/managers, who can do small side jobs) with preferably an MSc/MBA/LLM qualification in connection with project management know-how/certificates (IPMA), who have more than 10 years of varied work experience, and are based in Ireland – preferably with a passion for entrepreneurship and wearable tech/smart glasses.
Ideally in this chronological order of importance – which means, we are mainly looking for potential C-Level Board Members:
- Potential Board Members (!) – incl. business angels for passive/active management buy-in.
- HR experts (!) – with a background in industrial and organisational psychology
- Online Sales Experts (B2C) – marketing & operating online stores
- Logistics Experts – to ship products around the world
- Electronic Engineers
- Mechanical Engineers & Industrial/Fashion Designers

This is not a 1:1 interview, nor a company presentation – but an open-minded get-to-know dialogue in groups of max. 10–15 people (candidates/investors/leaders/ …) – who could also use this event for their own networking purposes, a win-win synergy for everyone!
