In addition to the Irish Startup Conference mentioned above – INOPTEC was running a “meet and greet” event on Saturday 29/10/22 and Monday 31/10/22.

Our main aim is to get in touch with all sorts of established (successfully active for the past 3-5 years) freelancers or solopreneurs (or angels/managers, who can do small side jobs) with preferably an MSc/MBA qualification in connection with project management know-how/certificates (IPMA), who have more than 10 years of varied work experience, and are based in Ireland – preferably with a passion for entrepreneurship and wearable tech/smart glasses.

As long as the said INOPTEC Group Ireland Ltd. (IGIRL in the following) is “dormant”, its parent company, the financial holding company KNOLL Capital Group Ltd., UK, CN: 07732938 registered in England and Wales (KCG in the following) will be in charge!

In charge means, that this parent company has provided this website, the office space, and everything needed by its daughter, and will continue to do so, until this said IGIRL company becomes “active” via a new board of directors, etc.
This means Ralf G.J. Knoll is currently only the temporary founding company director for the “dormant” period – and will be replaced by a new board of directors, which is based/taxable in Ireland, to “activate” the company, so that the company will be taxable only in Ireland.

In the future, INOPTEC Group Ireland ltd. will be the holding company of various industry-specific subsidiaries, like e.g., INOPTEC Health, INOPTEC Sports, and INOPTEC Safety.
