As long as the said INOPTEC Group Ireland Ltd. (IGIRL in the following) is “dormant”, its parent company, the financial holding company KNOLL Capital Group Ltd., UK, CN: 07732938 registered in England and Wales (KCG in the following) will be in charge!

In charge means, that this parent company has provided this website, the office space, and everything needed by its daughter, and will continue to do so, until this said IGIRL company becomes “active” via a new board of directors, etc.
This means Ralf G.J. Knoll is currently only the temporary founding company director for the “dormant” period – and will be replaced by a new board of directors, which is based/taxable in Ireland, to “activate” the company, so that the company will be taxable only in Ireland.
In the future, INOPTEC Group Ireland ltd. will be the holding company of various industry-specific subsidiaries, like e.g., INOPTEC Health, INOPTEC Sports, and INOPTEC Safety.
This diversified portfolio will not only stabilise the INOPTEC Group Ireland – but will also enhance the chances to sell these 3 daughter companies as “filet pieces” to bigger corporations, to maximise profits on the IGIRL/KCG group level.
